The Principal

A practice built on trust, tempered by discipline.

I advise principals who treat capital as a long-duration instrument. My clients are family offices, institutional sponsors and founder-led companies who want a partner — not a vendor — at the decision table.

Biography

From operating rooms to boardrooms — twenty years of building what compounds.

I began my career as an engagement manager at a tier-one consultancy, serving European industrial groups on growth strategy and post-merger integration. The work taught me precision: that the difference between good and great is often a single, well-defended assumption.

In 2014 I joined Atlas Holding as Head of Strategy, where I architected the group's expansion into logistics, hospitality and digital infrastructure — six platforms, three exits, one IPO. In 2019 I crossed the table into investment leadership at Bosphorus Capital Partners, closing $1.4B across five vintage funds.

Today my practice is independent and intentionally small. I take a limited number of engagements each year — those where I can meaningfully shape outcomes, sit beside the principal, and underwrite my advice with personal credibility.

Leadership Philosophy

Three principles that anchor every engagement.

I

Conviction over consensus

Markets reward the few who can articulate — and defend — a non-obvious thesis.

II

Capital is a relationship

Every dollar arrives with a story and a counterparty. The advisor's job is to honor both.

III

Operate the plan

Strategy unimplemented is strategy untested. Execution is where credibility compounds.
